8am- “Ride” for Jesus Motorcycle Ride meets at TWG Fabrics(Check events page for details)
8:30am- Riders pull out and begin a 2 hour/80-85 mile ride through Orange and Dutchess Counties
9:15am- Bus transportation from Thrall Park to TWG Fabrics will start.
9:30am- Registration starts in front of TWG Fabrics (115 Wisner Ave., across from the St. Josephs Cemetary). This process is for us to have you on file so that we can contact you for future M4J events, to see how far and where our promotions/advertising have reached, and to have a round about number on how many people actually march with us! Bring it with you and hand it in to the Registration Booth!
9:30am- Derek Duncan and the Sould of Life’s “Soul Patrol” will be playing todays best contemporary Christian music
10:20am- We will start to line up! The Middletown Police Department will close of half of the Wisner Ave. traffic to accomodate the line up process.
10:40am- “Ride” for Jesus motorcycle riders return to TWG Fabrics
10:45am- Last chance to catch a bus from Thrall Park to TWG Fabrics
10:50am- Welcome and prayer with Jorge Vega
11am- March officially will start. (The Middletown Police Department will have a unit on the start of the marching line, to shut down traffic in front of us)
Rally Start- Immediately after the marching line turns onto Grove St. and crosses Melendez Point, they will cut into Thrall Park and march towards the Main Stage!
Will’s Catering will be available from 9:00am-10:45am at TWG Fabrics for those wanting to purchase breakfast!
If you are planning on bringing a float or using any sort of vehicle (besides a motorcycle), we need to know immediately!
To bypass the process of filling out the registration forms at TWG Fabrics, we will have the forms available for you to print out at your home and bring in! We will have the forms available on June 25th!
